When ETIAS opens

€5

flat service fee — the official €20 EU fee shown separately, never marked up.

We guide you through it and catch mistakes before you submit — and keep only your email, never your passport.

ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System) is a pre-travel authorisation for visa-exempt travellers visiting 30 European countries for short stays — up to 90 days in any 180-day period. It is not a visa.

Beware of ETIAS scams

How to avoid ETIAS scams

How the application will work

  1. 1

    Visit the official portal

Use only the official EU ETIAS website or mobile app — never intermediaries that charge extra fees.

  2. 2

    Complete the online form

Fill in your passport details, personal information and travel background. Have your passport and a payment card at hand.

  3. 3

    Pay the €20 fee

Applicants under 18 or over 70, and certain family members of EU citizens, are exempt from the fee.

  4. 4

    Receive your authorisation

Most decisions arrive within minutes; others within four days. Travel with the same passport you applied with.

Our promise

We never keep your passport. Just your receipt.

Most ETIAS middlemen hold your passport and personal details on file for years. We don't. We use them only to submit your application — the only thing we retain afterwards is your email address, so we can send your confirmation. No passport on file, no resale, no “marketing database.”

Where your data goes

  1. 1

    You

You enter your passport and details once, securely.

  2. 2

    The official EU system

Receives them to issue your ETIAS — this is required by law, and the EU is the data controller.

  3. 3

    Us

We keep only your email, for your receipt. Your passport details are never stored on our side.

Rather skip intermediaries entirely? You can always apply yourself on the official EU portal for just the €20 fee. When you'd rather not, we make it the easy, mistake-proof way. How to apply yourself
